Ministerial Letter of Commerce No. 324/M-DAG/5/2005 date 19 2005 As for permanent safeguard imposition proposal;

HAS DECIDED :

To stipulate :

MINISTERIAL REGULATION OF FINANCE CONCERNING IMPORT DUTY IMPOSITION AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION TO TABLEWARE CERAMIC PRODUCT IMPORTS.

Article 1

To the tableware ceramic product imports of tariff post 6911.10.00.00, tariff post 6911.90.00.00 and tariff post 6912.00.00.00, except toilet equipment products, are dutiable on Import Duty safeguard which are in the form of specific tariffs.

Article 2

Import Duty Safeguard as mentioned in Article 1 is dutiable to the importation from all countries, except the countries as determined in the Appendix of this Ministerial Regulation of Finance.

Article 3

Import Duty Safeguard as mentioned in Article 1 is dutiable for as long as three (3) years with the conditions as follows:

Article 4

Director General of Customs and Excise is instructed to perform the rules in this Ministerial Regulation of Finance.

Article 5

(1) This Ministerial Regulation of Finance takes in effect since the date of approval.

(2) This Ministerial Regulation of Finance takes in effect for a period of three (3) years since the date of approval.

Hence everyone knows this Regulation, and gives order to declare this Ministerial Regulation of Finance by setting it in the Indonesian Government Gazette.
